Welcome to the YaSM® Wiki

YaSM service management wiki.

The YaSM Wiki provides a complete overview of service management according to YaSM®. It is the ideal starting point if you would like to learn more about YaSM and service management in general.

About YaSM

YaSM is a streamlined framework for everyone in the business of providing services. It was created from scratch to give it a clear and easily understood structure, but the principles applied in YaSM are not entirely new, since YaSM is based on established service management best practice.

If you are new to YaSM, start here: Introduction to YaSM on a single page

Otherwise, the tables below contain links to more detailed information on the various aspects of the YaSM model.

About this wiki

The YaSM service management wiki is run and sponsored by IT Process Maps, creators of YaSM and the YaSM® Process Map. YaSM and the were established in 2014; the wiki is available in English and German.
